Bellow The Voting Booth Project Parsons School of Design August-September 2004 The Voting Booth Project came about when hotelier and collector Andre Balazs acquired 200 Votomatics -- the notorious voting booth that many faulted for the Florida miscount in the 2000 presidential election. Balazs joined with Parsons School of Design and curator Chee Pearlman to develop an exhibition, inviting prominent artists and designers to each transform a booth.
