Color 1 An undergraduate course at Parsons The New School For Design, Fall 2004 Part one of a year long sequence that begins with a concentration on fundamental formal color theory as it relates to photographic practice. Students will use color slide film to complete a series of assignments that are focused on the formal, technical, conceptual and psychological uses of color. This course will introduce students to digital color printing through rigorous practice while thoroughly examining the characteristics and properties of color as an element of content.
